We are an architectural firm founded by Architect Rae Moses Lepatan and Architect Jannah Marie Dy. We see to it that all projects be carefully and conscientiously planned and designed, creating harmony and balance, aesthetically, functionally, and economically, by giving solutions that are efficient and reliable.

Our Design Process

We initially give schemes and concepts to our clients to allow both parties to come to an understanding, and translate these through mood boards, color palletes, collages, and the like. We are a firm that loves to create relationships with our clients through transparency and trust, so all projects are monitored and updated at least on a weekly basis.
